Each tour is organized by Meet Tokyo / Meet Hakuba, a local cultural experience project in Japan.

• Advance booking is required — reservations must be completed:

◦ Tokyo tours: at least 24–48 hours before the start time (depending on the tour)

◦ Hakuba tours: at least 48 hours before the start time

• Please arrive before the start time:

5 minutes early Late arrivals may result in non-participation without refund.

• Some experiences may not be available on specific dates due to holidays, bad weather, or venue closures.

• All listed prices include guide fees, experience materials, and taxes unless otherwise noted.

• Tours may include walking, standing, and public transportation. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute parts of the itinerary to ensure safety and tour quality.
